Beta Tester Overview

Kazoo is an AI powered app that helps people connect in meaningful ways with other people in their community, whether a neighborhood, a university, a workplace, a neighborhood, or any other type of community.

The Kazoo AI is like a great host, introducing people, organizing activities, gathering news, and connecting people for support, questions, events, online games, clubs, hobbies, social activities, sports, and many other social interactions.

The Kazoo AI Host is designed to encourage real human interaction.
The AI Host is specifically not designed to establish personal or advisory relationships with community members.
The Host is a social facilitator, not a companion. Kazoo is all about connecting people with other people.

If you are a Kazoo beta tester, login to the beta community and click the center tab to communicate with your Host. Ask the Host to organize an event, create a club, distribute a survey, sell a sofa, create a contest, or report on community news. You can also ask Kazoo to just "ask around" if you have a question, need a workout partner, or just want to know what events are happening this evening within your community.

If you ask the Host to create a bowling party event, for example, you can then ask the Host to "ask around" to see who in the community might want to attend the bowling party. The bowling party will then automatically show up as an "event" in your "Hub" (the tab to the left of the Host tab) where it will track attendees, enable comments, display photos or videos added to the event.

The tab to the right of the Hub is for DMs. What's interesting is that in a single message to the Host you can ask the Host to DM different people in the community with different messages. For example, you can say something like, "Please DM Robert and tell him to show up at 6pm to setup the chairs, and separately DM Emma to come at 7pm with all the snacks. Also DM Blake and Alvin in a group message that it's ok to bring their cousins sometime after 8pm." The Host is a great connector of people and these "compound DM messages" are just another great example of its capability.

There are so many ways the Kazoo Host can help you connect with other people in your community. You can ask the Host to create a specific survey to circulate to the entire community, to specific clubs, or perhaps just to your friends. Feel free to experiment, we are eager to hear your feedback!.
